Meet Livermore artist Robin Fourie, watch as she demonstrates her technique and talk with her about her craft. Robin was born and raised in Southern California. After attending college, art and art history classes she began a long career as a graphic designer and marketing executive. Any time Robin did not spend with her family was spent drawing and painting. Having been introduced to soft pastels almost ten years ago, she has continued to refine her skills in this wonderfully expressive medium.

Robin’s work has been displayed in several gallery shows over the last few years, she also enjoys participating in plein air events in our tri-valley area, which include Paint Livermore and Paint Pleasanton. Robin is a member of the Pastel Society of the West Coast and numerous other pastel societies.
